Distance Is No Obstacle Here

Estimates, proofs and approvals handled by phone and email, delivery available

Pacific businesses on the western edge of the metro can work with our Shiloh shop without making the long drive across the region.

Working With a Shop Across the Metro

Pacific sits on the far western side of the St. Louis area, where I-44 and old Route 66 follow the Meramec River toward Franklin County. Metro East Signs is on the opposite side of the metro in Shiloh, and that is perfectly workable. Most sign projects can be handled remotely: you send photos, measurements and artwork, we send an estimate and a digital proof, you approve it from your phone and we arrange delivery. Pacific business owners, downtown shops and community groups use this approach because it saves them time. You still get a real conversation with a real person whenever you want one, but you never have to fight cross-town traffic just to look at a proof.

Managing a Sign Project Remotely

Remote sign projects succeed when the information going back and forth is clear. Start with good photos of the location taken straight on, plus a few from where customers will view the sign. Measure the space carefully, including any trim, posts or brackets that limit the size. Send the best artwork you have, along with exact wording typed out rather than written in an image. When the proof arrives, review it on a larger screen if you can, and check finished dimensions against your measurements. Ask questions in writing so there is a record of decisions. A sign company that works this way regularly will guide you through each of these steps, and the result is just as accurate as an in-person visit, often faster.

Why Pacific Works With Metro East Signs

Since Pacific is near the outer edge of our service area, delivery is available to bring finished signs to your door, so a long round trip is not part of the deal. Same-day estimates help just as much: send your details in the morning and you can usually review pricing before closing. We hold to quality products at fair prices, recommending materials that stand up to the weather near the river and along the interstate without overspending on pieces meant for a single season. Pacific has a hometown downtown, highway-facing businesses and plenty of community events, and each of those calls for a different approach. We will talk through yours and suggest what fits, whether that is a storefront panel, window graphics, yard signs or a banner.

Our FAQ's

Does Metro East Signs work with businesses as far west as Pacific?

Yes. Our service area covers the St. Louis metro and roughly two hours around Shiloh, and Pacific falls within it. Most of the process happens by phone and email, from estimate to proof approval. When your order is ready, delivery is available, so the distance between our shop and your business does not slow things down.

How does delivery from a sign company usually get arranged?

Mention that you want delivery when you request your estimate so it can be included. Once the order is finished, the shop will contact you to set a time and confirm the address and any access details, such as a back entrance or loading area. Make sure someone is available to receive larger pieces.

Can I review and approve sign proofs entirely from my phone?

You can, though a larger screen makes it easier to catch small errors. Zoom in on every line of text, check the listed dimensions and confirm colors look right. Reply with a clear approval in writing. If you have doubts about size, tape a paper mock-up to the wall before approving.
